Ar it studio built the MediAlert app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Ar it studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.

The primary function of MediAlert is to act as a local medication reminder. The medication data, schedules, and logs you enter into the app are stored locally on your device using an SQLite database.

However, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, provide analytics, and serve advertisements.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show relevant ads.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Used to understand how the app is used and to track crashes to improve the user experience.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to send important app updates and push notifications.

Security

We value your trust in providing us with your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Data Retention Policy

Since we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal or user data on our external servers, we do not retain your data. All medication schedules, logs, and information you enter remain strictly on your local device within the SQLite database and are not accessible by us.

Data Deletion Process

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete your data at any time by clearing the app data from your device settings or by uninstalling the MediAlert application. Doing so will permanently erase all local SQLite database records.
